One week old

We have survived our first week! Now i remember what it is like to have a newborn in the house! And so much more trying with a 3 year old who needs and whats your attention.
Eli is going well, he had his one week check yesterday and now weighs 4140g so just alittle under his birth weight but midwife reckons he would be over that by today. He is feeding really well was abit tricky at the beginning but i think we have is sorted now. He pretty much demands feeds unless i know he is full and just wanting to suck to help him settle, not a trap i want to get stuck in!
He had a pretty good night last night and went down without to much of a fight! First few nights at home were shockers!
His jaundice is nearly all gone can still see it in his face and eyes but its so much better than before.

Mr Eli Robert Pinfold

Well he is here at long last, making his arrival on Jan the 1st at 11.54pm and weighing 9pounds 4ounces what a big boy! Labour was fairly long and i would say harder than sams. Natural labour with the help of some gas towards the end. Was hoping for a waterbirth but that just didnt happen, took so long to get to 5cm and then once i did he speed up to the point where i wasnt even thinking about the birthing pool. I have heard people talk about "the ring of fire" but really didnt think it was that bad with sam but OMG did i feel it with Eli but not surprising with a 38cm head to get out!!

So we stayed at waterford for two night then came home cause i was getting bored there although it was great to have all my meals done for me. But with Greg looking after sam it was getting pretty lonely up there.

And of course on our first night home Eli was a little poo and wouldnt settle and was the same last night so im hoping tonight might be a better one! Settles ok during the day sometimes he makes abit of a fuss. Feeding is going pretty well, alittle sore so dont think we have master the latch on totally but im sure we will get there. Never had a problem with sam think he must of had a bigger mouth lol

Eli just like his big brother has jaundice so i have a yellow baby! So we are spending lots of time in the light to try and break it down. Now that my milk is in it should help pass it through his system faster.

Samuel totally loves his little brother and is always trying to give him cuddles and kisses and will just sit next to me and watch him, so cute. He has gone to grannys for the weekend so Greg and I can get some rest but as he was leaving he starting crying and saying he would miss us, have never felt so quilty :( and then of course after saying i would ring him tonight before he goes to bed i got stuck with a fussy Eli and totally lost track of the time and forgot to ring :( What a bad mummy. Think i might go out tomorrow and get him alittle present and say its from Eli.
Midwife on Monday and we will get to see what the man weighs now.

38 Weeks now and soooooo over it, my mate who was due the same day as me gave birth two days ago and im so jealous! Damit all wish this one was in hurry to show up.
Had midwife yesterday all is the same as last visit, baby is still not engaged at all! But i did get in big trouble about not taking my iron tablets! opps so now i have to take double the dose.

Today our coffee group had a little xmas get together where the kids exchanged gifts (name out of hat) Same wore his santa hat there and gave out all the presents to the kids was very cute.

Sam had his kindy xmas party today, they have a visit from the man himself who rode to kindy on a motorbike! and everyone brought a plate so there was a huge amount of party food layed out for the kids after they got there gift from Santa. They all got given some stickers, a pen and a lollipop. Everyone laughed when sam went up and got his present and the said a very loud thanksyou!! think he was the only kid to use his manners, some were abit nervous of old santa i think.

But man after spending the afternoon there im much more aware of what goes on! There are some real mean kids at kindy! I didnt think you would see bullies untill they were at primary. One kid that only started yesterday is such a horrible little boy after seeing punchin and slapping a kid just cause he wanted his toy he then went and pushed sam off the balance beam because he was in the way! I was straight over there and told him off, would of liked to give him a little slap myself to be honest! But then the teacher was over and made his say sorry etc.... so will have to teach same about bullies and how to deal with them without becoming a bully himself.
One mother came up to me today and said she thinks sam is the most polite boy she has ever come across, and that he has great langauge skills, awwww proud mummy moment! lol. Her little boy is one of the nice ones so im trying to get sam to play with him and stay away from the meanies lol

37 Weeks now and feeling this heat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ahhh man i just want him out now. And everytime i have a nice cold drink or suck on some ice cubes it makes him go nuts! Which just hurts now.

36 weeks

Not long to go now!!! ARRRRRR what have i got myself into!!! Im looking forward to having him here just not going through labour again, wish i had a bad memory but sadly its still crystal clear from the first one! Oh well will just have to get over me thinks.

had my baby shower last friday night, was nice to have all my coffee group ladies get together and spoil bubs before he is even here and to eat loads of yummy nibbles :) Was a nice relaxed evening just want i had wanted. And bubs got some lovely things and sam things all the baby things are soooooo cute!

Went and brought a play gym today and some bassinet sheets and a bumper for the cot. Been searching for a nappy bag but cant find one that isnt over 50 bucks!
My mum and been great and brought us a new baby carseat since our one was second hand and had expired so will have to go pick it up from matamata soon.

Sam and I put up the xmas tree today, he put on all the ornaments including getting to put the star on. And we went and brought a new decoration for the tree today, get a new one every year.

Had midwife visit today and im happy to say my glucose came back all fine. Only thing wrong was my iron was very low which would explain why im always so tired!
She was very pleased with me today at weigh in lol in the last three weeks ive only gained 1kg, guess the walking and yummy summer salads and fruits is helping :)
So im 32 weeks but baby is measuring in at 38 Weeks!!! Crikey no wonder people have been asking when im due then seem shocked when i say not till Jan! Hope he isnt going to be a huge bubba!!

What a great day we had!

First we went and checked out the farm show, sam got to see some pigs, ducks, goats, donkeys, a really cute puppy, rabbits, and he got to touch the donkey, lambs, donkeys, rabbit and even got to feed some of them.

Next we went and watched a show with a clown and a women who did some freaky tricks way up in the air! Then it was time for the Dorothy show!!! Sam was so excited to see her and we also got him his own feathersword.

Then sam went on some of the rides, he loved the one that goes way up in the air then drops up and down.

Samuel was very brave and went on a pony ride, to be honest i didnt think he would be that keen but once he got on he was happy as larry and then decided he wanted to ride on the bigger pony!

Great way to spend the day!!!

New haircut

What a great day we have had! First this morning we had mainly music which daddy decided to come along to so sam had a blast showing off all his moves to dad.
Then we went off to chartwell to get sams first ever haircut! he wasnt to keen to get it done but he was great for the hairdressers. So after we were done we went and treated him with an icecream cone and a ride on Thomas. And then he got to help pick out an new outfit for himself and some clothes for the baby.

29 Weeks and finally got to go do my bloods yesterday. Poor sam had to come with me but did so well while we waited the hour to take the polycose test. It was so boring for him there were no toys, or books. So we played i spy alot!!!

Sam went for his Aqua class this morning since greg had late shift today and had the morning with us. Meant i could take some photos of them instead of having to be in the pool aswell.

Went to Kmart today as they are having a sale on there toys, had this idea of getting heaps and putting it on layby but ended up only getting Sam a dora game! only thing i could find, just aswell i think as he is getting a swingset for xmas so its not like he needs to much more! And i have to say i did well, i didnt buy anything although i tried on lots of tops. So gutted im missing out summer dresses. Think Greg will have to get me some clothing vouchers for my birthday in Jan lol

28 Weeks

Had midwife yesterday and baby seems to be growing fine and heartbeat was great. I on the other hand have shot up in weight since my last visit, so much so that im being sent for a polycose test to check for diabetes. My blood pressure has also shot up since last visit. Im also getting iron levels done as im so so tired all the time and two other tests but i forget what they are for! lol
The polycose one takes an hour to do! so that will just have to wait till friday and greg is home to look after sam.
Babys head is down so he has himself in a comfy position already!
Midwife is a HUGE believer in breastfeeding and again yesterday went on and on about it for atleast 15 mins. I want to bf this time as i had such low supply with sam that i only lasted about 3months but she is making me feel bad that he was a forumla baby. Im trying to not let it bug me, greg was with me at the last visit and got sharp with her as she brought it up yet again. She is just old fashioned but she should know not to push her views onto me.
Other than that, baby is a nice stong kicker! Sam is back at kindy YAY YAY YAY and we can now go back to swimming and mainly music.
Still got heaps to get for babys room and clothes for him. Think we have pretty much got the name sorted, was just waiting for my mate to have her boy which she did yesterday by c-section on her birthday and 4 weeks early and she named him Alfie which isnt what we had choosen. lol

Sam and I have made some egg grass people, took awhile for them to start growing but they are away now!, we are going to wait for them to get abit longer then give them haircuts.
We had a great day yesterday we went for a walk along the river and tool some bread along to feed the ducks, sam LOVES giving the ducks there bread but doesnt like it if one is being a meany and eating all the bread.

had the midwife today and all is going well, apart from this crappy cold that me and sam have and the daily dose of heartburn all is going along nicely lol
Feeling very unfit tho and wish this weather would clear up so i can go walking after being on weight watchers to get the weight off im now having to watch the scales go up again and im not liking it at all! actually im rather looking forward to it being over so i can get myself back on track and get healthy again. Not that being pregnant isnt nice its just i know what hard work i have ahead of me!

Day at the Zoo

Samuel has a star chart that he works hard to get all 7 stars and then he gets a reward and he choose to go to the zoo!!! Yay i love the Zoo :)

We managed to catch afew feeding times, Sam loved the Rhinos, there was a mummy with her baby girl, so cute!

Apart from the crazy wind and abit of a shower it was a great day out. Plan on going to the Auckland zoo next time.

Hmmm not alot happening at the mo, just crusing along. Getting heaps of movement at night while im trying to sleep! lil monkey.
Went to Matatamata for the weekend and a girlfriend of mine there has a 6 week old boy so we got to have a visit with them and Sam sure didnt like it when the baby cried! he took off and hid in his room and then fell asleep. lol so ive will have to keep reminding him about how babies cry.

We had our 20 week scan yesterday and it was our first look at bubs so it was very exciting! My scan person was a male with a thick russian accent! was alittle weird as he would only speak to tell us what he was looking at "babys feet"......."babys eyes"......"babys heart"........ he wasnt the warmest of people so made it alittle less exciting and the fact that i could hardly see the screen didnt help.
At the end he asked if there was anything we wanted to look at, ummmmmmmm yes please how about what sex the baby is??? So within seconds he had a image of some boy bits :) greg and I were alittle disapointed as we were hoping for a girl, just cause im not sure i want more than two kids and one of each always sounds nice lol and it takes the temptation to go for a third try!!! But after letting it stink in that we are having another boy we are both very happy, and i think a brother is the best thing for sam :) So its on to baby names and what started out as hard to think of any has turned into a huge list! Greg and I went and got baby his first outfit to wear as a way to celebrate and went out to lunch while sam was in Kindy. And today we are off to my maternity jeans hemmed and to find a new stroller.
Man half way there already! bit scary really.

Had a mop chop the other day to make the most of my natural curls and take out alot of the bulk. Everytime i go to the hairdressers i here about how much hair i have lol and i got my fringe cut back in. Today i put in a dark brown with red colour and i really like it, had a urge to go darker. Man its been over a year since i went to the hairdressers!

Well im 19 weeks now and are still having the odd morning of being sick grrrrrrr!!!! and having some growing pains as this tum of mine gets bigger and bigger.
We shifted house a week or so ago and man i was sore the next day think i over did it just alittle. Took Sam to lollipops yesterday and he had a blast! he was so excited it was his reward from his starchart so he had worked hard to get to go there. Without thinking about it i got on the bouncy castle with sam and greg and dont think baby was to inpressed with all the jumping around cause she/he was giving me some good kicks when i sat down afterwards :)
Man there must be something in the air as heaps of people i know are preggers! the list just keeps growing.
Have my scan next tues to see what the sex is, cant wait as its our first look at baby, fingers crossed all is looking good in there. :)

Moving house

Man we are moving house this weekend and our place is a bombsite! Greg is home at the moe with his days off so this time im getting some help packing atleast! went and had another nosey at the new place now that its empty and im happy to say i still really like it! Phewwwww
Sam will have funky purple carpet and we are having green in our bedroom lol
Gregs birthday next tuesday so hopefully we will be all settled in by then.
17 weeks along now and have midwife next week on the thrusday and then should be making appointment for my scan and we can find out the sex YAY cant wait to see bubs.

16 weeks today, starting to move along abit faster now. Morning sickness has pretty much gone just the odd day here and there im still sick in the morning. Starting to feel little movements and sometimes a certain part of my tum will get real hard.
Midwife visit in afew weeks and then next then will be my scan to see what sex bubs is.
Samuel is pretty excited still about baby and today gave my tummy and kiss and cuddle for the baby was very cute.
Greg is the dog house as he somehow lost half of my photos that were on the hardrive so about a years worth of photos gone! i lost sams 1st and 2nd birthday pics and his 2nd xmas pics plus a ton of other firsts moments, like him walking and first swim etc so you could say i was abit upset about it. But not much i can do about it now apart from make greg my slave for the rest of the year! :)
Moving house is afew weeks, had enough of my neighbours from hell and i found out the last tenants in here left for the same reasons! feel sorry for the next person to move in here.

Ive made it to the 12 week mark, man time goes slow! pass that so called danger zone. Had second midwife visit today and all is going well. Got to hear the babys heartbeat, was so cool to hear it and it made it feel so much more real.
Only gained 400g since my last visit which i was happy about as i feel like ive gained 3kgs!
Might have to take a 12 week piccy and see if it looks like a baby bump or just extra flab lol
Sam has started kindy so i had best be off and pack his lunchbox :)

Oh my god mornings sickness sucks! Well it use to be afternoon sickness but the last two days i havent been able to keep my toast and cup of tea down. I even made greg serve my breakfast in bed this morning in the hope it would prevent me from being sick, but no such luck :(
And sam has woken with a cough so i can see us both curling up on the couch today.
Meant to be going to matamata for the weekend with sam so he can see his grandparents, be yesterday when i drove i had to pull over to be sick :( so im not to sure what i will do now.
And my nice new car that we have had for all of a month is now at the panel beaters after i stopped at some school lights last friday and the lady behind me must of been day dreaming as she drove straight into the back of me! Gave me whiplash, sam thank god was fine and THANK GOD no child had decided to cross over as i got pushed so far forward i would of hit them :( Was not a good morning.

First midwife visit

Yesterday i had my first meeting with my midwife, a different lady than when i had Samuel as she isnt practising anymore. She seems very nice and experienced. Found out the bloods i had are all fine. My iron is excellent which i thought was odd seeing as i hardly eat red meat? She said i would only be having the one scan done at 20 weeks which i thought was sad as i had two with sam.
So it will be a 6 week wait till i see her again! Forgot what a slow process this was!
Anyways starting to get some morning sickness now, need to go and get all my dry crackers etc forgot how bad you feel for the first few months :(

Got to get ready to go into town, dp and sam are buying me my mothers day gift :) and i need to find something for a 3 year old girls birthday? should be fun!

Well we only started trying this month and two days ago i found out im PREGNANT!!! WOOHOOO i cant believe that it happened so quickly!

We are very excited and i would love to tell all my friends and family but we both know that we should wait till im passed the danger zone.

Samuel is very excited about it and will no doubt tell people for me, proberly not my brightest idea to tell him there is a baby in my tummy! And he has requested that it be a baby sister which i thought was cute!

Doctors on Friday to check due dates etc, from doing an online due date calculator im due dec 31th, what a great xmas it will be!

So that my exciting news, think my waist is expanding already!!

Well havent lost weight in a long long time but im not that to concerned with all that anymore. Dp and I have decided to try for another BABY!!! we are in our first month of trying and im in the dreaded two week wait till i can test. First week over one more to go, so fingers crossed!!! although im sure dp wouldnt mind afew more months of trying :)

It has been awhile since ive been on here! OPPPS
What a slacker i am
Well my weight loss has still come to a stop, if anyone wants to come and give me a boot up the backside i would more than welcome it! I just seem to have a lack of time for just me! I managed to get up early yesterday and get my exercise done but its getting harder and harder to fit it in.
Im on week 2 session 2 of the couch to 5km and i really like it but im finding my knee hurts as soon as i start running which could be down to my poo shoes so ive ordered some today, fingers crossed having some actual running shoes helps!

Anyhoo im off, been having a rough day with my stomach cramps which i get all the time weather it be that time of month or not but thats a long another time story!

Mums new baby

My mum has a new baby in the house and her name is Sadie and she is the sweetest pup ive ever seen.
Samuel and I went and stayed the weekend at my mums so we could meet the pup and sam could spend some time with her.
She is 9 weeks and so so tiny! Samuel loved her but didnt really fancy her sitting on him as you can proberly tell from the photo! LOL

So its weigh in day today and ive lost 100g, not alot i know but im pretty suprised considering all that cake i ate for my birthday! so atleast it was a minus and not a plus.
We are shifting house in little over a week so im full on busy sorting this place out and packing our gear and gardening and showing other people through this place!
I having finally figured out what couch to 5k is all about and really want to try it! ive always wanted to be one of thoses people i see out jogging but i just cant seem to do it and this program looks promising so im waiting untill we have moved so i can really give it my time and effort.

Its my birthday today :) and im getting old!

I turned 28 today and dont feel a day over 30!

Have had a lovely start to the day, greg and my son woke me this morning with some presents and a cake :) my son was so excited! he loves birthdays, doesnt matter whos :)

So ive had mud cake for brekkie! wasnt about to have a two year old bugging me for cake all day so we all had a slice this morning and now it has been put away. Dp has to work today and i begged him to take it with him and share it with his workmates but he wouldnt! he thinks i can eat as much as i like since its my special day! but he will take it tomorrow and there is no way im having anymore of it! one slice is more than enough for both me and my son!

Anyways the weather is going to be yuck today, looks like another rainy stinky day :( but its been a great start to the day and hopefully that will continue :)

Ok so i weighed myself yesterday to get a and ive gone up to 73.4kgs! woe is me :( cant believe how easy it was to put on 3kgs! and fast it went on! abit scary really.
Oh well guess i can going go on from here and hopefully get it back down to 70 and then down to 65.

i can finally get back into my blog!
I had to change to mozilla firefox before it would let me in. Ive been hanging out to post and make comments on others!
Well I had a good xmas and new years, it was abit lonely as dps gran died on the weds before xmas so the day after xmas he was on a bus to palmerston north to be with his family and make it to the funeral. So he was away for four days and then on new years we just had a night in and cuddle on the couch and watched a movie and had some chips and dip!! (naughty i know)

Soooo now my weight after the silly season is over and shot up a wee bit :( Ive been weighing every morning and every day it says something different! So tomorrow i will weigh and post what im back up to and start from there.

Ive already got my tracking book back out and have a had a great few days tracking and drinking my water. So heres to a GREAT 2007 which will see me reaching my goal of 65kgs and me getting my reward of a skydive!!!!

THIS YEAR IS GOING TO ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Weigh in this morning and ive lost 1kg YAY getting that much closer to being under 70 now and i cant wait!
Ive been exercising nearly every night and really watching my portions!
Only 7 days till Santa time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! man that has come round fast. My son has been asking for santa every day so im really looking forward to seeing his face xmas morning :)

Well the last few weeks ive put more effort into than i have for awhile, been getting back on the treadmill and trying to keep within my points, not to say that my sweet tooth hasnt got the best of me afew times :( Last week there was no loss and it was ttom so im just glad i didnt gain!

I also have a new pair of jeans that are two small but with maybe 5kgs gone they should fit perfectly, ive done this all through out my weight loss i find it a goal to be able to fit a certain piece of clothing and try it on ever now and then and it lets me see how im going. And it rocks when that piece become to big!!

just got to keep on going!!

oh and ive been very good with the water intake! Yay for summer, hated drinking water in winter!! :)

As of today im back on track!! Ive been tracking all day, ive had four of my six glasses of water so far and i will be exercising later on tonight same as i did last night. I think ww works so well but after a week trying NC i know that is not the program for me. And rather than just guessing my points during the day and knowing full well eating way over my points, its time i got back in the game and started giving a 100% again. I can soooooo do this!!! Ive lost 18 kgs already there is no reason for me to stop now.

I suck i suck i suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive been stuck at the same weight for god knows how long now and i have no excuses apart from im LAZY

Ive been thinking about changing my program over to NC to see if that will give my body the kick it needs but im a real snacker, mostly at night and not sure how i would go.

hmmmm and some exercise really couldnt hurt either ah! I use to love the feeling after ive exercised but ive loss all moviation at the mo.

I really enjoy taking photos, these days i just have heaps of trouble finding the time to work on them. This is my friends little girl, isnt she a beautiful wee thing!
Anyway i thought i would share this side of me instead of it all being about ww all the time. I so wish i had of taken photography at school! I always feel its to late now that im a mum.
My dad does some great photography and seem to be forever winning comps, its a shame he didnt realise his gift earlier on in life he could of had a great career i think! Might see if a can find one of his on my comp and put it on here:)

yay i finally had a loss this week! Only 200g but hey thats better than nothing!!!
Not sure why ive had a loss, ive been better with my points but still have yet to kick my butt into some exercise. But the sun is out in full now and im always way more into exercise if im not freezing so i should get back it to full blast (fingers crossed!)

What a bad week we have just had in our house. Fathers day my son and i gave daddy his card and painting that sam did then we had to go drop him off to work :( Sam and I think we and stopped at the supermarket sam was laughing and being his cheeky self to everyone. The minute we got home and stopped the car in the drive he threw up and didnt stop for four days! :(
So i had to ring my parnter and get him home from work to help me and it was just disgusting! poor little man couldnt keep anything down. Then on day five when we thought he was on the mend he caught a nasty cold that he has since pasted on to Greg. I have managed to keep the bugs away so far, the last time sam got the gastro bug he passed it on to me, greg and my parents! Was no fun at all but on the up side i lost 3 kgs from that bug! LOL
Anyways he seem much more like himself today, greg still acting like he is dying but thats males for ya!
Ive just finished eating some very naughty licorice that i just cant seem to put down. Ive lost some control somewhere and i had better get it back before its to late and the damage is done!
Still got 5 to go before im at goal, ive stayed the same weight for god knows how many weeks now. But i know why, because ive hardly done any exercise for ages! need to make it into a habit again.

Have a headache, to much licorice!

Well its that dam weigh in day again and its another no loss this week. Man ive been so slack! This week my excuse is a sick child with a nasty gastro bug!
My plan today is to either go for a walk or do some time of the exercise bike and dust it off the poor machine!
Anyways here is a pic of the dress i got while in oz, im so wraped that im wearing dresses i would of never thought i would be that keen to buy dresses again but since losing the weight ive really wanted to dress like a girl again and not hide in my boyfriends baggy tops etc LOL

So ive been over to Hamilton Island for my brother wedding and it was so so beautiful!! His new wife Cherise was stunning and my bro didnt scrub up to back either. Hamilton Island was awesome! very expensive place but for the four days we were there it was well worth it. I would reccomend to everyone who can go there for a holiday. So after the very relaxing four days there it was on to sydney, not my kind of place really, just was to many people and far to busy. But my brother seems to be happy there so thats the main thing. He sent us to Myers and david Jones but omg! if i had heaps of $$$$$$$$$ then i guess that would of been alot more fun. Anyways i was super naughty over the 8 days and ate whatever cause no one was going to bothered cooking on holiday but im glad to say that i came home to weigh in and lost 200g which will be from all the walking round sydney getting lost!
But im sad to say that ive since put that back on now that im home. I still havent done any exercise since being back and im slowing starting to get my head into tracking again but a big part of be has lost the hope that this last 5kgs is going to come off! i had set my goal date for the wedding which i failed to meet which bummed me out. Just got to get my head back in the game. Easier said than done.

My new Hair colour

Here is me and my spankingnew hair colour that i got done yesterday and im really happy with it. I went in thinking i wanted to try and go blonde and came out with dark brown with caramel and blonde highlights. $179 bucks later i hope it lasts a long time!!

Not long now till the wedding, i cant wait to go shopping but im going to miss my dp and my baby boy soooooooo much :( have never been away from them for more than 2 days so this will be a challange for me.

And this week i lost 200g not alot but better than last week which was a big fat nothing. I went shopping the other day for an outfit to wear to my brothers wedding that is in August I decided on a skirt that i really liked and at first tried on a 12 which fitted fine but maybe a little loose around the hips so i got up the nerve to try my luck at a 10 and it FITS :) I was so so happy, it has been a very long time since i have got myself in a 10. Ok so i gave myself a goal date to reach my goal weight and that date is getting closer and closer and the weight is getting harder and harder to move. Im now sitting at 70kgs and need to lose five more to reach target by august.
Why august? well my brother is getting married so myself and my parents are going over to Hamilton Island for the wedding and that was what got me started really, the thought of going over still fat just wasnt appealing so i joined weight watchers. My parents also joined so we are all looking forward to a shopping spree in Sydney, I CANT WAIT! but i need to get these last five kgs off! Really need to stay on track, exercise wise i think im doing well its the keeping track of my points that im getting abit slack with. Just need to give myself alittle kick in the bum :)

Well this is me at 84kgs at the beginning of my fat loss journey.
I started weight watchers on Jan the 19th 2006 my 27th birthday was on the 13th and as a gift to myself i decided to join ww. No doubt the best present ive ever gotten! :)
